Sangora Jewelry is committed to providing a reliable shipping and delivery service to ensure that orders reach customers in the best possible condition and within the shortest possible time.
- Orders are prepared after payment has been confirmed.
- The preparation and shipping period for orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ranges from fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) business days. Orders may be delivered earlier depending on their readiness.
- Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the shipping company and the destination country.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost and for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping details, address, and contact number. The store shall not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to an error in the customer’s information or failure to receive the shipment within the period specified by the shipping company, any additional fees for reshipping or storage shall be borne by the customer.
- If the product arrives damaged due to shipping, or if a product different from the order is delivered, the store is committed to exchanging or returning it in accordance with the Returns & Exchanges Policy.
- The store shall bear the shipping fees if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, if the product is damaged during shipping, or if a product different from the order is sent. In all other cases, the customer shall bear the shipping fees.
